Solely open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Void in Quebec. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant with the same email address and/or from the same computer are void. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account by which the entry is made.

The promotion begins December 1, 2009 and ends December 31, 2009 ("Promotion Period").

Selection of Winner
Winners will be determined by random drawing from all participants who signed up for the Lili Blossom Boutique newsletter. The draw will take place within 30 days after the contest ending period. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email. Lili Blossom Boutique is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Entry, acceptance, and/or use of any prize offered constitutes agreement by the winner to the use of the winner's first name and photograph for the purpose of advertising and promotion by Lili Blossom Boutique without any further compensation to the winner unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Your Chance To Win
One winner will receive the gift set. Prizes will be sent to the mailing address submitted by the selected winner via email upon notification that he/she has been selected as a winner (as per arrangement between Lili Blossom Boutique and winner). ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND SIMILAR CHARGES, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES AWARDED. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed.
Release of Liability
All entrants release Lili Blossom Boutique from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Lili Blossom Boutique will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
